To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 提早同媽咪慶祝母親節, 佢喜歡食日本菜, 今晚就book左尖沙咀一間食OMAKASE。餐廳內均為吧檯座位, 每位食客都能近距離欣賞師傳製作。晚市分別有3個套餐價錢, 我地揀左中位價錢嘅套餐。侍應先送上熱茶、熱毛巾,師傅就開始為我地準備晚餐。三款前菜:  宮崎縣蟹肉 去皮蕃茄好林又多汁, 伴有鮮甜蟹肉, 感覺很fresh螺 凍食, 鮮味彈牙京都湯葉 淡淡豆乳香, 好滑, 有少少秋葵點驟調味食完前菜, 就到刺身環節,石鯛魚上放了紫蘇葉花點驟, 配有喜馬拉亞山鹽板將石鯛魚放上鹽板轉幾個圈食, 質地湖口, 有淡淡魚香本身自己唔食蠔, 師傅轉左做赤貝刺身面層加了土早jelly, 有如蟹醋, 酸味味, 令貝類更鮮, 再加左柚子皮, 很fresh, 唔洗點豉油, 微酸爽脆針魚刺身 好滑, 質地有些少彈性, 魚味偏淡鰆魚 表面加左酸麵士、sake、鹽 再經火炙個汁酸酸甜甜, 鰆魚質地好似油甘魚, 但就冇左油甘嘅甘香微酸鏗魚加入了明河 、洋蔥汁 、食用菊花 選用bb魚, 口感軟熟嫩滑, 夾昆布食, 增加爽口, 魚香帶微甘黑目魚有豉油表面燒過,  淡味魚, 質地好林中拖羅 用紫蘇葉包住魚油味超勁, 有紫酥
