To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日姊妹淘吹水會，想食泰國菜去邊度好? 我心中嘅答案一直都係九龍城。想起上次食過 泰皇閣，好評不斷，二話不說今晚就直接殺入衙前塱道星期二夜晚，客人絡繹不絕，在這市道確是難得呢個咖喱香濃椰汁，咖哩汁點少得麵包，加上軟殼蟹一齊沾咖哩汁食會停唔到口，大家要留意下仲要encore份麵包先夠皮。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 ($68)  椰菜苗冧身唔帶草青味, 味香且濃.仲有海鮮冬蔭公, 大大隻蝦, 湯夠酸夠辣.N 最愛嘅刺身, 食泰國菜都有選擇, 呢間係我食過咁多生蝦刺身中, 最最最爽口, 蝦肉好實淨, 值得為呢道菜再三來光顧.芒果糯米飯   芒果好甜, 糯米飯沾滿椰汁, 多到滿瀉咁, 所以至做到香滑唔黏口嘅口感.
