To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

搭昂坪360前,先要祭五臟廟。依稀記得東涌馬灣涌村有幾間店子不錯,於是就走過來。一時許,東昇樓今天不太多人。一行三人,點了楊州炒飯、涼瓜肉片和時菜斑腩,新鮮!好味!斑腩有肉絲作伴調味,是久違了的味道。楊州炒飯有鑊氣,但鮮蝦不及村口新華那麼大。不過,這類漁村食肆,別旨望在服務和環境有酒店水平。埋單計數,三人才七十八元,價格相宜。
