To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同家人去完石澳游完水,難得過海就搵下港島區有咩好食,聽聞依間銖記D野好得,就試下佢。見到係熟食市場,本身諗住中伏,但上到去上面又幾多人食喎。我地人唔多得三個大人,一個小朋友,叫左4款小菜(風沙雞,椒鹽鮮尤,椒鹽牛仔骨同豉椒鵝腸)隻雞D肉好滑又入味,重點係D皮同薯片一樣甘脆。鮮尤新鮮,炸漿唔厚。鵝腸無肥皂炒得夠鍋氣。牛仔骨炒得唔老好食。一句講曬(全部都好食)最後埋單仲有驚喜,全部加埋唔駛400蚊
