今天行山終點為牛潭尾村,於是坐小巴出元朗晚飯,第一時間就想起大榮華,幸好時間尚早,等了一會已安排好座位。我們一行8人,點了即食迷你九大簋$850。豬油撈飯 - 首先來一大桶白飯,配豬油及頭抽,不知是否行完山特別好胃口,加上又好吃,我吃了兩碗😅香茜燒米鴨 - 啖啖肉,原來吃米的鴨就叫米鴨盤菜豬肉 - 即扣肉,肥瘦均勻,還有芋頭作配料,燜得夠腍又入味陳皮豆豉蝦 - 蝦殼炸得脆脆,平時最怕剝蝦殼的我也可輕易剝到😬,用上陳皮豆豉煮,味道與別不同(忘記拍照)什錦炒菜絲 - 主要材料為粉絲,清清地但炒得夠鑊氣時菜鯪魚球 - 大大粒頗彈牙,時菜是小棠菜蠔油炆北菇 - 冬菇肉厚多汁,令墊底的生菜也很入味糖醋酥肉青 - 酸酸甜甜很開胃圍頭五味雞 - 雞肉嫩滑入味,平時少吃雞的我也吃了不少😋白水浸烏頭 - 不過不失奶皇馬拉糕 - 非常鬆軟,口感及味道一流合時糖水:有紅豆沙及麥米弱,甜度剛好,但紅豆沙較稀總括來說,這餐充滿懷舊風味,加上用圍村人愛用的雞公碗盛菜,更添圍村氣氛,而且餸菜上得快又夠熱,價錢又合理
