今日又黎到方叔叔食重慶麻辣火鍋啦！今次揀既係麻辣九宮格火鍋。佢哋嘅湯底真係超正，用左純正既牛格製成！湯底裡面有好多香料同辣椒，仲有微微甜咁嘅味道，真係成日都停唔到口！而九宮格每格既溫度都有所不同，煮食材時，要根據佢哋既性質黎放入唔同既格入面，真係好有心思！✨大刀牛肝一直都唔太食肝臟，覺得好難掌握火喉資源，質感又好乾。但係呢度嘅牛並並唔會，2分鐘嘅烹煮時間啱啱好，再加上牛肝會加埋蛋黃撈埋，食落口感好滑好嫩，而且一啲都唔腥！✨鮮活海蟶海蟶真係超級新鮮，雖然睇落細細隻，但係肉質好肥美，識落口感彈牙，味道鮮美。而且一碟嘅份量都唔少，有成12隻。用嚟打邊爐都非常合適！✨鮮竹笙手打蝦滑蝦滑釀入竹笙入面，成舊蝦滑都幾大條，蝦滑嘅質地好彈牙，而且鮮味。而外面嘅竹笙，吸收晒啲湯汁，食落爽口，一條簡簡單單嘅蝦滑都可以做到唔同層次嘅口感同味道，值得推介！
