To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係附近做完Gym,餓到不行又唔想食茶記,左兜右兜之後黎到蘇杭街,醒起朋友之前有推介過呢間「熊拉麵」,見到唔駛點排隊就決定食佢。排緊隊果陣餐廳就會俾定張點餐紙你慢慢揀,圈低你想食果款就得...一般拉麵店通常只得麵既軟硬度有得選擇,但呢度就再多兩樣,麵款同叉燒👍🏼點左「白熊拉麵」湯底係豬骨湯,好清甜濃郁👅加上叉燒上面有梅子醬,撈埋之後個豬骨湯更加突出,成碗湯差不多清空😋火灸肥叉燒,燒左之後感覺冇咁肥膩,但一樣咁好食。

湯底係豬骨湯,好清甜濃郁👅
加上叉燒上面有梅子醬,撈埋之後個豬骨湯更加突出,成碗湯差不多清空😋
火灸肥叉燒,燒左之後感覺冇咁肥膩,但一樣咁好食。
