To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日我同朋友去咗九龍城好受歡迎嘅知名泰國餐廳「小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋」聚舊食飯。整體用餐體驗良好，值得推薦。餐廳地點好方便，地鐵站一出就見到。用餐環境唔錯，氣氛好熱鬧，氛圍唔錯，頗適合朋友聚餐。店員推薦我地食期間限定嘅「泰北二人火鍋」。這火鍋嘅椰子雞湯底味道非常香濃，值得一讚係配料新鮮，特別係牛肉同埋海鮮，味道一流。天氣凍圍住火鍋食，幾過癮！我哋亦點咗「炸物拼盤」，每一樣都炸得好香脆。我最鍾意嘅係炸蝦餅，非常彈牙好味。再嚟我哋試咗「牛油烤蠔」同「牛油烤蟶子」，兩道燒海鮮都好新鮮，而用牛油燒令海鮮的鮮味與牛油嘅香氣融合得啱啱好，正！另外，燒粟米同燒牛肉串都唔可以錯過。燒粟米的甜味加上微微的焦香，口感非常好。而燒牛肉串則係牛味十足。整體而言，「小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋」真係唔錯！
