To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

眾所周知九龍城有好多唔同嘅泰國菜，今次我哋試咗間好多年輕人幫襯黃店泰菜💛本身得一間舖，而家已經擴展到有第二間分店喺隔離，每碟菜式份量唔小，好味又抵食！燒安格斯牛肉呢款係呢度嘅推薦菜式見到隔離有幾台都有叫，第一眼見到都覺得壯觀，雖然中間係用雜菜搭起，但係擺盆用心！牛肉燒得啱啱好，上面鋪滿泰式辣椒蒜蓉醬汁，夾埋一齊食味道有衝擊香葉辣椒牛肉炒河🌶️炒河用咗泰式嘅河粉，形狀一塊塊，口感亦都較一般為煙靭，而且炒得有鑊氣，色澤均勻清邁生菜包 🥬肉碎加入咗泰式香料，味道突出，包埋清新嘅生菜，剛好中和炸皮蛋球炸皮蛋球其即係蝦餅入邊釀住皮蛋，令到口感更加有層次，而蝦餅蝦肉彈牙炸得脆卜卜👍🏻
