一直以黎,九龍城都係臥虎藏龍,各式各樣既料理都集合係到互相輝映聖誕節當然要同女朋友去慶祝下,小酎一番今次黎到呢間浜滝日本料理去享受下二人世界一入到去見到一塊超巨型既黑板,寫上各式各樣既特別菜式,連插畫都係自己去畫,別出心裁要慶祝點少得酒精呢我地點了兩杯酒紀州梅酒偏甜,一啲都唔嗆辣,入口梅香十足,容易入喉,非常推介女仕飲用櫻白波燒酎比較濃烈,後勁凌厲,不過回甘唔算強有酒飲點小得送酒既小食呢,呢道鰹酒盜芝士送酒絕對係一道好品鰹酒盜原本係用鰹魚內臟發酵而成,帶有鹹香,加上忌廉芝士既軟滑配上一口燒酎,令兩者的韻味更上一層樓,達到相乘效果再黎一道螢光魷漬,同酒盜一樣帶有咸香,但更帶有一種海鮮既鮮味呢道配上梅酒,削弱左甜味,令整體感覺更清爽濃郁既味道過後,用新鮮山葵做成既呢道山葵牛油果蝦清一清口味山葵唔會覺得辣,加上脂肪感十足既牛油果同蝦粒,搽係脆脆既餅乾上面,增加口感之餘亦變成容易食用好好彩遇上季節食材,好食鱈白子只係10月至12月左右先會有提供白子口感特別,一咬落去入面既汁液爆裂而出,加上醬汁帶有酸味,令入口更加清新一啲都唔腥既鮟康魚肝,入口溶化,魚油既香味慢慢滲出黎,配上做成啫喱狀既醬汁,甜
