最近聽同事講佢係九龍城食左間好正既鐵板燒午餐, 價錢又親民, 所以我都即刻同朋友黎試下我喜歡吃的鐵板燒呀~<入魂套餐二人前> ~ $680套餐包了沙律 • 炒菜 • 炒飯 • 味噌湯• 漬物(牛蒡 • 醃蘿蔔)• 甜品*南非鮑魚 ~ 師傅即席係魚缸撈出南非鮑魚,鮑魚十分生猛同好大隻, 鐵板燒的鮑魚食落好新鮮爽口及彈牙, 小小海水味, 大愛!*日本廣島蠔 ~ 師傅先炒好煙肉留後, 待廣島蠔煎到金黃色,放上煙肉、蔥花、醬汁,一啖食落口, 口感豐富有蠔汁, 好味。▪清酒煮蜆 ~ 錫紙兜先加了水、清酒滾一陣, 再點火, 湯滾後可令酒精揮發, 之後再加入蜆煮一會, 火喉剛好, 蜆肉大粒, 沒有沙, 很鮮, 連湯都飲埋, 飲到微微的酒香好清甜, 讚!*大虎蝦 ~ 蝦頭和蝦身原來要分開黎煎,蝦頭要先煎後焗一陣, 之後就煎蝦身, 跟住一齊上碟, 蝦頭好多膏煎得好香口, 蝦身就食落好香牛油味, 彈牙!*日本黑豚肉薄餅呢個有驚喜, 特別用左春卷皮卷住黎煎, 一咬就感覺到很脆口, 之後再食到黑豚肉, 配料和醬汁, 整體好夾, 十分美味, 仲會先放上係麵包到吸油, 好細心~*美國牛肉薄燒 ~

呢個有驚喜, 特別用左春卷皮卷住黎煎, 一咬就感覺到很脆口, 之後再食到黑豚肉, 配料和醬汁, 整體好夾, 十分美味, 仲會先放上係麵包到吸油, 好細心~
