一早聽朋友講過哩間居酒屋唔錯,話佢啲串燒幾有特式,同事last day我地就黎哩度同佢farewell。居酒屋店面唔大,感覺比較家庭式,反而靜靜地幾啱傾計。一坐低,先黎每人一碟前菜($10),雖然要收費,不過都交足功課,係牛舌黎,鹹鹹辣辣幾惹味。紫菜芥末八爪魚($58) - 芥末八爪魚比想像中多,食極都仲有,而且切得唔會太細粒,仲保持咬口,最難得係紫菜keep倒脆嘅。香蔥吞拿魚薄脆($88) - 吞拿魚幾油潤,下面嘅脆米香脆得黎唔會太硬。秘制半熟堅魚他他($118) - 堅魚表面輕燒過,食落唔會太油,加埋柚子汁,酸酸地幾清新開胃。紫蘇三味雞肉串($48) - 三味雞肉串有明太子、柚子胡椒同蜜糖芥末,紫蘇葉味道唔會太重,仲食倒三隻味。青森青提豚肉卷($48) - 用豚肉包住青提第一次見,雖然冇荔枝咁甜,但一樣咁好食!鹹蛋媽媽素肉棒($48) - 素肉棒口感同味道都完全唔似素肉,亦唔會好油咁,加埋鹹蛋黃醬非常惹味。脆皮風鱔($88) - 風鱔肉質扎實,鱔皮燒到脆脆地幾好食。蟹肉蟹膏甲羅燒($88) - 蟹蓋入面已經有蟹膏同蟹肉,食之前可以加埋下面嘅蛋黃入去撈勻再放上餅乾上面食,蟹膏味道濃烈
