To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城一帶一向都都出名有好多泰國菜，前排我地去咗其中一間薄有名氣嘅泰國餐廳，泰皇閣~✅燒安格斯牛肉係其中一道招牌泰國菜，佢地嘅安格斯牛肉軟腍多汁，面頭放咗啲酸咪咪嘅醬汁感覺幾開胃😍另道招牌菜式係✅泰皇閣招牌炒飯，蛋網cover 咗成個飯，令到睇落好似蛋包飯咁🥰；佢地嘅炒飯用咗紅酒一齊煮，感覺好特別但其實紅酒味唔係好出~ 炒飯好乾身，食落味道唔錯~😋✅冬蔭功入面有青口、大蝦，令到成個湯都好鮮味🤓；冬蔭功嘅湯底味道濃郁，食飯之前飲一碗都幾開胃~😜我地見到隔離枱嗌✅鐵板蠔仔煎蛋，睇落好吸引所以我地都引唔住叫多份，蠔仔脹卜卜而且味道好香，好似好好食咁☺️；但試完發覺蠔仔煎蛋嘅味道有啲淡，整體感覺一般😇
