To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

衆所周知，九龍城就是個小泰國，我們經常會去九龍城按摩然後吃一個地道的泰國菜。這邊的泰國餐廳，形形色色的。經過這家餐廳門口的店面十分吸引，我於是決定去試一試。我們點了一個去泰國餐廳都會點的冬陰功湯，他家的冬陰功湯蝦好大，酸酸甜甜的，冬陰功十分之開胃。點了一個海鮮溼炒河粉，這種河粉是寬河粉，溼炒河粉，很多只海鮮，裏面有生蠔，還有魷魚，還有蝦，分量非常足。另外點，另外點了一份，我最愛的炭火烤牛肉，牛肉非常有嚼勁，味道非常的好，配上獨特的泰式醬汁，十分之好吃。
