To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這已經是第二次光頋,和家人約8點半坐下,落了幾個order, 鵝片,鵝片彼多汁,雖不是好多片,但食落入味。茶樹菇翡翠苗,正常size,美心集團一向水準,豆苗爽身,入口清清地。蠔餅和潮州鋪吃開的不一樣,薄薄的,蠔仔細細粒,入口新鮮有蠔味,可惜太細碟。春菜排骨煲,不太咸,湯水奶白色,排骨入口咸咸香香,應該淹了一晚,可惜上菜非常慢,呢碟春菜排骨近10點才上來,remind 左4-5次,可能新人多,個個都幫話唔到事,招手D人個個底頭扮睇唔到,9點9想叫個甜品-反沙芋,經理話芋頭買曬,但叫芋頭煲又有,也許反沙芋制作雖時所以廚子唔想整吧!其實我還是抱有期望的,希望餐廳改進改進吧。
