To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排天氣又凍返,真係最啱食暖笠笠煲仔飯,上網見呢間餐廳評價甚高,餐廳環境舒適乾淨企理,每一枱都有屏風,非常有私隱度,坐位又闊落!必點廣式臘味煲仔飯 (二人份量)$167賣相好吸引,材料好豐富,有各款臘味: 臘鴨,臘腸,臘肉。臘肉同臘腸係用茅臺酒加土黑豬鮮肉加頂級醬油製成。而臘鴨係好出名嘅「南安板鴨」。原來煲仔飯嘅米度與別不同,用上黑土種植嘅五常米大火煮,米飯乾身又滲滿臘味油脂,火喉啱啱好,仲有煲仔飯嘅精髓就係熱辣辣嘅飯焦,完美呈現,非常香脆,我哋仲食唔停口😋據聞店家為臘味製造商,擁自家工場製作。所有臘味均不加防腐劑及化學物,並選用河源自家農場的走地新鮮土豬及重慶黑毛豬,所以味道零舍好味!食完煲仔飯咁熱氣,叫咗個芥菜排骨湯來下一下火,排骨半肥瘦,肉質腍軟👍🏻 仲有蔥爆啫啫雞煲,惹味十足,送飯一流😍
