To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

田記魚蛋牛腩專門店 (碧街) (油麻地)油麻地碧街45號地下C1號舖。當日遲左起身趕住出去做d野，就是但搵左間粉麵食，點知都幾有驚喜。崩沙牛腩河粉（$58）我好鐘意食崩沙腩，比較重牛味、有口感又唔會靭，$58份量足，我仲加左$7要紫菜，同樣係個人喜好，成件事昇華曬。牛三寶幼麵（$58）三寶分別係牛肚、牛筋、牛腩，全部大大件，炆得夠淋，麵都俾得幾多，似係平時加底既份量。通菜（$18）加多碟菜都只係$18，腐乳通菜幾時都無得輸。飲品都只係加$8，豆漿都可以order架。呢間野都真係快靚正。@mr.tin_hk
