To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 堂食至晚上10時，其實要考慮出票問題，餐廳可以預計幾多號就去截票，呢間分店坐位超級小！！！！！！下午四時半取票，當時叫號253，三小時之後叫號306，而349號根本無辦法食得到！一個鐘內入10枱客人都做不到如果該店位置非常有限時，到底要幾點去拎票先食到？無限期既等待，兩個人食飯係咪要下午一兩點拎票，先可以晚餐時間進食？對新店非常失望。位置咁細既時候根本做不到buffet ，同等價錢，以後寧願選擇其他分店！！
