To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2021年6月30日 星期三今晚難得同老婆預約左尖沙咀既酒店,可惜唔記得預約埋酒店既晚餐自助餐,就算walk in都無晒位,唯有出去附近搵其他野食,咁岩諗起之前同我媽食過呢間餐廳都唔錯,就決定帶老婆黎試下好好彩一黎到就有位坐,遲多幾分鐘已經坐滿晒人,睇返餐牌主要當然係素食,而且款式有好多,老婆最後決定話點晚市套餐,貪佢乜都有齊,唔洗煩,仲有埋甜品添一點完餐大約等左10分鐘左右,餐湯就送到,係舞茸竹笙黃耳百合無花果燉湯,凈係聽個名都知道好多湯料,亦見到湯底有好多材料,不過個湯出奇地清澈,唔會好污濁,仲好清甜添前菜就有華都夫薯仔松子冰菜沙律同四喜烤夫,冇諗過冰菜都可以用黎做沙律,加左沙律醬之後同薯仔松子都幾配合至於四喜烤夫就酸酸地幾開胃,而且豆卜幾入味呢兩個手卷之前同我媽已經食過,不過老婆覺得好新鮮,完全未聽過蓿芽,更加冇諗過可以用黎整手卷,食落去索索聲,包得密密麻麻,裏面有好多配料,包括芒果同牛油果,味道幾豐富至於主菜我揀咗純素菠菜野菌忌廉燴扁意粉配香烤茄子,十分夠味,每一啖都食到濃郁嘅菠菜味,而且扁意粉煮得好彈牙,仲有烤茄子添,烤得好腍,上面有融融地嘅芝士,可以拉絲最後甜品分別有杏汁椰

最後甜品分別有杏汁椰香椰汁糕同榛子咖啡乳酪蛋糕,椰汁糕真係充滿杏汁同椰汁味,都幾特別,口感比較實,同埋裏面有好多紅豆
至於榛子咖啡乳酪蛋糕,每一啖都充滿濃郁嘅咖啡味,但係食完之後又唔會覺得好膩,可能因為有乳酪嘅關係
