To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評~ 因為想同大家分享美好一天昨天重陽正日入南丫島行山,人山人海2pm落山見間間餐廳都爆滿,無曬海景枱,唯獨桃園唔算太多人。我哋再格吓其他餐廳2人餐價錢,有兩間$498,一間有經濟餐好似$388,每間都要俾茶錢加一,我哋見一間茶錢都要$16蚊位桃園2人餐$298 免加一 免茶 每人送一罐飲品因為最平佢但顧客唔多,我同朋友都驚大伏㗎。但我哋都唔想食咁貴,又見佢門口有游水海鮮,所以就搏一搏啦1.胡椒蝦有4隻大蝦,蝦肉鮮甜爽口,蒜香胡椒好惹味! 好彩聽老板話無轉白灼蝦2.椒鹽鮮魷鮮魷好好味,薄粉炸唔多油,鮮魷又係鮮甜爽口,而且幾大碟。椒鹽味剛剛好,唔會蓋過海鮮味3.粉絲蒸珍寶蚌一人一隻掌心咁大隻嘅蚌,蒜頭豆豉蒸,粉絲索滿汁好正!4,5 炒菜心,炒飯正常水準埋單就係$298我哋唔係想食龍蝦鮑魚,只係想食餐新鮮好味嘅海鮮餐。初初見第一道菜得4隻蝦都覺得份量少,但食曬個餐又真係夠飽喎,行完山落嚟堅肚餓㗎,同埋我哋一向大食一人$150仲有海景,真係無得彈喎。我唔明點解咁少客。。。老板森美見我哋拎住金卷膠袋,再推介兩樣我哋無買嘅好嘢,就係辣豆豉同甜酸菜,平價+好味!金卷老板娘仲以為我哋唔記得

1.胡椒蝦
有4隻大蝦,蝦肉鮮甜爽口,蒜香胡椒好惹味! 好彩聽老板話無轉白灼蝦

2.椒鹽鮮魷
鮮魷好好味,薄粉炸唔多油,鮮魷又係鮮甜爽口,而且幾大碟。椒鹽味剛剛好,唔會蓋過海鮮味

3.粉絲蒸珍寶蚌
一人一隻掌心咁大隻嘅蚌,蒜頭豆豉蒸,粉絲索滿汁好正!

埋單就係$298
我哋唔係想食龍蝦鮑魚,只係想食餐新鮮好味嘅海鮮餐。
初初見第一道菜得4隻蝦都覺得份量少,但食曬個餐又真係夠飽喎,行完山落嚟堅肚餓㗎,同埋我哋一向大食

一人$150仲有海景,真係無得彈喎。我唔明點解咁少客。。。

金卷老板娘仲以為我哋唔記得攞2盒豆豉,追到出碼頭搵我哋,即係跑咗成條街


昨天南丫島之行,有美景,美食,仲有滿滿人情味
