To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當日係朋友生日，佢啲嘢食真係超難食，分分鐘同薩莉亞比薩莉亞都好食過佢，當日叫咗一個Pizza一個扒，同埋一個意粉，然之後開咗一支酒，埋單$2600，首先先講，佢唔記得咗幫我開酒，然之後佢想個Pizza係超難食，薩莉亞嘅$32 Pizza都好食過佢，然後佢side dish 菠菜啊，薯條屬於正常水平，至於佢嘅意粉，簡直係地獄，好似食緊Pizza hut放喺外賣盒焗咗好耐嘅意粉，佢嘅牛扒要我哋等45分鐘，等完之後係Overcooked，成餐飯都食得好唔開心，根本係茶餐廳嘅格局酒店嘅價錢
