To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境高雅,很有情調,食物用心製造,味道一流,質素很高。蝦餃燒賣水準以上,皮薄餡靚。牛肉飽個飽超滑,牛肉好香。麻辣腸粉出奇咁夾,個辣椒油好香。松露蝦餃濃郁松露味。魚香脆茄子很有驚喜,唔似平時少菜茄子煲咁油淋淋。仲有個藤椒伴翡翠辣辣地送酒一流。加錢仲有香檳VC 任飲。
