To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一黎到銅鑼灣小曼谷泰國美食站食泰國菜。午餐menu有好多選擇，而且仲可以額外加配優惠。牛腿丸牛肉船粉揀左金邊粉，走青走炸蒜，牛肉非常軟腍，牛丸好惹味，湯底夠正宗，好好食，而且份量係男士都會飽既。豬+雞串燒用左加配優惠，加$32就食到。我鍾意雞肉多啲，比較嫩滑。泰式芝士烤薄餅 (2塊)雖然無叫到咖哩蘸薄餅食，但由於加左芝士，本身都好夠味，鹹甜鹹甜甘，酥皮整得好鬆脆。小曼谷原隻芒果糯米飯好耐無食過芒果糯米飯，芒果唔會酸，欣賞餐廳將椰醬分開上，可以自己控制份量。榴槤沙冰有得揀少甜，遠處都已經聞到榴槤味，沙冰飲落好幼細，濃濃既榴槤味，必飲。
