今次到中環一間食午市Fine Dining,主打法國及意大利菜的高級餐廳🍴在open rice訂位人均都係四百幾蚊,有齊welcome drink🥂Antipasto、現場即製手工意粉、主菜及甜品!環境好高級感覺,而且服務同環境都好好👍🏻可以好好Enjoy 週末午餐✨🥗Antipasto(無限量添加)麵包藍有鬆軟牛角包🥐亦有薄脆口感可配黑醋橄欖油一齊食。小食有蜜瓜配Parma Ham、鵝肝蘋果醬多士、三文魚配魚子醬芝士卷、西班牙蛋餅、Mozzarella配蕃茄沙律。🍝現場即製手工意粉可以揀選三種唔同嘅意粉、仲有可自選配菜或海鮮,靈活度好高,又可以配合自己口味😍我選擇黑松露芝士意粉、可以望到廚師燒溶芝士再將意粉加入芝士炒勻,最後即刨新鮮黑松露,望到已經好吸引✨味道好出色,每一條充滿芝士味,而且黑松露非常香!🍴主菜妃樂酥皮鱈魚(另加$28)做法好特別,出邊係酥皮入面包住鱈魚,外脆內嫩👍🏻醬汁用菇菌調製,配搭魚有好清新嘅感覺!🥄甜品Tiramisu 賣相好有心機,咖啡味濃郁,入口細膩飽滿✨另一款係香橙菠蘿奶凍,夏天食好清新,口感好滑溜!最後歎埋Earl Grey,好欣賞茶具都咁靚🤗
