To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐一個人突然之間好想食川菜，諗起附近呢間北京菜餐廳，擇日不如撞日就去試吓佢啦。午市餐牌非常啱我口味，尤其係水煮魚。🐟🐟水煮魚套餐🌶️老牌餐廳嘅水煮魚，份量大，用料充足，煮法正宗。主角魚係用新鮮鱸魚，魚肉彈牙鮮甜，又厚肉。配菜有大量嘅鴨血、芽菜同埋寬粉。寬粉煙韌程度啱啱好，爽口唔腍。辣湯辣味非常之惹味，滿足左LadyB想食辣嘢嘅慾望。🍮午市套餐跟埋老火湯同甜品。今日係杞子雪耳糖水，好啱食完辣嘢食，夠清爽。🪭環境🪭呢度環境寬敞，坐得舒服，無論係一個人定係同朋友黎，都非常合適🤗
