To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店內更有show time 時間,師傅現場表演拉麵,十分有氣氛  京城豬皮凍
用豬皮煮成膠質雪凍,還有一絲豬皮,口感似足啫喱又咬到豬皮煙韌,加上酸爽辣醬汁,非常開胃
 大娘燒餅 有羊或豬兩種肉選擇,我選羊肉,肉份量夾滿烤過包之間,不過質感偏硬比較有咬嚼老家燜子 食材做法非常有老家感覺,係香港第一次食到。燜子用地瓜粉做成方粒,燜子軟腍帶點煙韌,加入乾貝先煎後燜,加上芝麻醬汁,有乾貝味道,味道鮮味蕃茄雞蛋手擀麵手擀麵條源於漢代,據今已經有2000多年的歷史了,古人最普通家常便菜,簡單加入新鮮蕃茄、煎蛋,味道簡單 老佛爺米糕
