To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食飯嘅時候真係好開心，呢家餐廳搞到我食指大動！椒鹽魷魚鬚香脆正點，啖啖薄脆嘅魷魚，椒鹽味剛剛好，真係揀唔到骨！啲燒鵝又香又滑，皮脆肉嫩，真係食到停唔到口！炒牛肉嘅汁好夠味，牛肉嫩滑得嚟唔腻，飯後仲回味無窮👍。我鍾意吃粟米斑塊，魚肉真係鮮美滑口，粟米嘅香甜都滲入咗魚肉裏面，香口得黎唔膩。通菜個啫啫感覺好過癮，每一啖都咬落去十足彈牙，真係爽口到爆炸💥。嚟到帶子貴妃蚌炒時蔬，新鮮帶子同貴妃蚌真係好夾，蔬菜又爽脆味美。而生蠔一向係我嘅最愛，薑蔥香煎得啱啱好，啖啖鮮肉真係食到心都暖哂😋。椒鹽爆大蝦呢個菜，嗚呼哇啦！無敵惹味！蝦肉彈牙彈牙嘅，椒鹽味又香辣得嚟唔覆蓋蝦肉本身嘅甜味。至於芝士焗龍蝦伊麵，咩話好呢？蝦肉澎湃，芝士濃郁，啲伊麵吸滿哂芝士精華，每一啖都係滿足感爆表！總之，食完今晚，我滿足到梗係笑口常開啦！下次同屋企人一起嚟食，一家大細一齊開心！🤤👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🎉
