今晚約了好友去PMQ睇「塵展2021」,但在欣賞展覽之前,大家都想醫飽個肚先。由中環朝向PMQ進發,邊行邊覓食,岩心水就入去,一切隨心吧! 行行下就見到一個似曾相識的店子logo,好似之前在太子見過……無錯!就是「餃掂」,「攪掂」「攪掂」,乜都攪得掂,人人都想,點會唔記得呢?! 就它吧!內裏空間較少,但整齊企理,設有一排面向牆的單人座、一張闊落的四人卡座和三張二至四人枱,座位不多。裝潢挺有心思, 牆身鑲了三大幅很靚的油畫,還有一板互勉字句,但很可惜有點反光,好難睇得清楚。枱上的用具和醬料都很齊全, 醬料有菜脯辣椒醬、四川麻辣醬、鹽、醬油和醋,還有餐簿、筷子和多隻醬油碟。翻閱厚厚的餐簿,設計精美,,每頁均附有菜式相片,亦展示了每款餃子的內饀,挺吸引。店子主打是餃子, 足足有十款,可選灼、煎和湯三種製法,另外還可外賣生餃子。除多款餃子外,其實仲有雲吞、雲吞/餃子麵、前菜小食、湯和飲品。******************************松茸餃是本店的招牌餃,不得不吃,友人選了龍鳳松茸雙灼餃跟狀元九鼎湯  Matsutake Dumpling Boiled (BlackTruffle

Truffle and White Truffle) with Pork & Soup ($92/8隻),即是加入了白松露和黑松露,兩款各四隻,更矜貴! 每隻餃子都脹卜卜,很飽滿,外皮相當透薄,表面亮麗。

挾起第一隻是白松露,鮮香的豬肉中加入爽口的松茸,菇味已好香,再加埋白松露就更香濃更好味!再嚐黑松露,幽香的黑松露味道很突出,大大提升了餃子的菇香味,很討我喜歡。更值得一讚是肉饀並沒有混入大量肥膏,吃起來並不溜滯,岩晒我。

邊吃餃子邊喝狀元九鼎湯($0/跟餃子)。湯身色澤濃厚,沒有泛油光,味道濃郁,鮮香美味,啖啖滋潤順口,看來用料十足,正!  幸好我們追加一碗($20),咁先夠喉!

吃完灼餃,當然輪到試試煎餃,點了一客元貝豬肉煎餃子Pan Fried Dumplings with Dried Scallops & Pork ($53/7隻),同樣每隻都脹卜卜,很飽滿。外皮煎得金黃,咬下去脆卜卜,香脆可口。內饀滿載豬肉外,還見到一絲絲鮮香的元貝,落足料,皮薄饀靚。又試試蘸上菜脯辣椒醬,香辣惹味,吃出另一番風味。

還點了三款小食,先是日本龍鳳蛋配黑白松露醬 Japanese Soft Boiled Egg with Black and White Truffle Sauce ($32/碟) ,配了些清爽的青瓜絲。雞蛋呈流心狀,各在蛋白上配了少許黑/白松露醬,賣相挺吸引。蛋白口感彈滑,色澤亮麗的蛋黃富黏性,充滿蛋香,伴上松露醬同吃,兩者時最佳拍檔,更添美味。

再來一碟回味手拍青瓜Tossed Cucumber in Sauce($25),好翠綠爽口,帶些蒜香。入口微涼,味道酸微微,再滲出微辣,辣度點到即止,稍稍刺激味蕾,越吃越滋味。

最後是惹味唐芹拌豆筋 Celery and Bean Bars with Spicy Dressing($32),辣度雖比回味手拍青瓜勁,但還未至於令人火辣。豆筋煙煙韌韌,挺有彈性;唐芹青綠爽嫩,配搭不錯。

每次聽到小店的名字,都會令人覺得沒有煩惱,令人開心,的確人人都想「攪」掂,見小店有不少分店,相信都攪得好掂。
