To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得假期約左朋友飲早茶, 地點係啓田商場的海港酒樓,係藍田站上蓋, 好彩朋友一早去等位, 原來呢間酒樓好多人, 朋友已預早45分鐘去先有位,呢間酒樓好大, 好多位, 難怪成為有咁多人黎食 !當日係假期所以無特別優惠, 價錢都正常唔會偏貴皮蛋瘦肉粥粥底普通, 皮蛋唔夠, 但價錢就好抵濃湯浸菜心菜心好新鮮, 所以點煮都好味呀!XO醬炒蘿蔔糕好惹味, 蘿蔔糕其實無乜材料, 但勝在有XO醬調味黑炭PANCAKE見到個名好吸引, 原來係甜PANCAKE, 不過太甜了炸雲吞炸得好脆好香口, 但沒有醬汁, 如果有泰式辣醬就好正奶皇包奶皇包唔算好流心, 上枱時已經唔係最熱仲有叫其他炒飯, 不過就忘記影相, 我和朋友們都坐左好耐, 職員都唔會催, 地方光猛, 食物又不錯,下次去藍田飲茶, 可以再選擇 !
