唔知係咪因為冬至,將原本個餐價加多廿蚊變$268,好彩仲有八折。全場都未100%爆,但樓面勁小人。完全唔得閒 Serve 你,做嘢甩甩漏漏,要咩都要追幾次先有。啲餸又岀得慢,唔講以為自已食緊 fine dining。每嗌個餐仲送兩隻美國 Pacific Rock 生蠔,價值 $16/隻。煙三文魚同蛋沙律多士就不過不失喇,個麵包烘得唔夠熱辣辣同香脆,有啲硬。龍蝦濃湯都幾有龍蝦味,但未去到濃湯。而湯質都係偏稀,應該都係溝岀嚟。主菜可以揀鵝肝配牛柳或豬柳,我就揀咗牛柳喇。鵝肝煎到好香滑,牛柳就好厚身,肉質嫩滑多汁,仲好腍。可以配意粉或白飯。意粉係香草意粉,炒得乾身,記住揀意粉。朱古力心太軟反而唔錯,份量幾大。做到流心效果,配埋雲呢拿雪糕好夾。餐茶就係咖啡~
