To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

娘親最愛吃壽司，今年中秋第一次無仆返屋企食飯，同老媽子出街食無咁辛苦。由於唔係會員，當然要拎飛等位，等左大半個鐘左右，入席。三文魚刺身，我媽至愛，元氣質素確實好！吃得出的新鮮！到我至愛，北寄貝刺身，其他都可以，是新鮮的：）三文魚壽司，顏色好靚，光澤！無太多肥紋！加上元氣既wasabi都ok, 滿意！自從下午茶食過三文魚湯後都中意左，麵豉味唔會死咸，鮮味十足！蟹籽沙律應該係全餐最唔滿意既一款，太碎，個醬又稀，但蟹籽是新鮮的。全晚高潮黎唔！蒲燒鰻魚芝士卷！塊鰻魚厚切肥美！加芝士好夾，有青瓜同飯中和鰻魚芝士既濃味！推介！食飽就夠鐘賞月啦！
