呢間餐廳一向人氣高企,都屹立左係旺角好多年,於是入嚟支持下!先來兩個即焗即製麵包🥖🥯熱乎乎的麵包,非常開胃慢煮鮑魚大大隻鮑魚,肉質新鮮,味道鮮甜,配上醃制過的蘿蔔,尤其開胃蘑菇忌廉湯蘑菇味非常濃郁,且幼滑creamy,中意蘑菇🍄‍🟫嘅朋友必點這個!豬斧頭扒豬肉都幾嫩滑,口感不會太粗糙,再配上幼滑的薯蓉,口感非常creamy忌廉粟米焗過的粟米🌽,粒粒都掛上忌廉汁的鮮味,口感挺豐富,正好可以中和一下口腔的飽膩感鵪鶉髀第一次食鵪鶉髀,肉質質感堅實,一上菜好濃烈的煙燻味,每一啖肉都帶有微微的煙燻味,鵪鶉皮亦呈香脆狀態。帶子扁意粉帶子表面金黃色,內裡半生熟,味道鮮甜,啖啖肉非常滿足,而每條意粉都掛上蒜粒&辣汁,味道幾惹味!抹茶蕨餅蕨餅口感煙韌,抹茶味濃郁,再配一球雲尼拿雪糕,絕對係透心涼之選

蘑菇忌廉湯
蘑菇味非常濃郁,且幼滑creamy,中意蘑菇🍄‍🟫嘅朋友必點這個!

豬斧頭扒

豬肉都幾嫩滑,口感不會太粗糙,再配上幼滑的薯蓉,口感非常creamy

忌廉粟米
焗過的粟米🌽,粒粒都掛上忌廉汁的鮮味,口感挺豐富,正好可以中和一下口腔的飽膩感

鵪鶉髀
