To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過見到就諗住試下，排緊隊已經心急到諗定食乜🫣入到去落完單，想食既野都賣哂，有少少失望1️⃣凍馬拉三色奶茶 最底個層係，馬拉椰糖，之後就淡奶同紅茶，飲落去無咩特別，同普通凍奶茶差唔多，茶味唔算濃，奶味有少少搶左個味2️⃣🐏小印度咖喱雜菜羊扒配飯/薄餅 咖哩有少少辣似紅咖哩，羊扒有兩塊都算大塊，但有少少過熟同有筋，揀左配薄餅，薄餅同想像中有啲出入，係厚身既薄餅，有少少似蔥油餅，幾飽肚下3️⃣🐣馬拉風味鴛鴦雞椰漿飯 鴛鴦雞即係蔥油香茅雞扒同星加坡咖喱雞，雞扒好香香茅味，個皮係脆既，但有少少咸，咖喱雞味道冇乜特別，普通黃咖喱咁，椰漿味重，椰漿飯賣哂，所以只可以配白飯🌟等餐時間預15分鐘以上，邊啲野食賣哂可以預先通知，唔洗啲客人繼續排隊，入到去坐底先知
