食日本嘢又點少得刺身呢,真鯛薄切刺身超鮮甜呀,好似啱啱喺海撈上嚟嘅感覺,的確好新鮮,再加少少酸汁更加能帶出佢嘅鮮味。甜蝦同三文魚都係我至愛,甜蝦又甜又多膏,晶瑩剔透,而三文魚新鮮肥美。

,叫咗個活海鰻塌塌米,塌塌米非常香脆,而活海鰻肉嫩鮮甜,再加埋少少嘅鰻魚汁,真係一個創新嘅配搭。

另一款主打係蒲燒活海鰻魚丼三食🍱:佢參考咗日本名古屋做法,製成三食,先將飯分為4份,先將第1份加落碗試一試最最basic嘅味道;第2份就加啲配料(粟米粒,紫菜,wasabii同埋蔥),第3份就係加入熱茶變成茶漬湯飯,最後1份大家可以encore食番想食嗰款味道,我自己就最鍾意原味啦,鰻魚肉厚又鮮甜,真係very good


呢度啲店員仲好好服務添,不停幫客人加茶水,好窩心啊!男友今日超開心,佢話除咗去日本,好耐都無食過咁新鮮嘅鰻魚啦!下次要再嚟咁話喎!
