雞白湯用日本雞隻精心熬煮出嚟,師傅會將湯打出泡沫,所以味道十分濃郁同creamy, 而且麵都做到掛湯既效果,湯底鹹度適中,整體不錯麵質軟硬度都啱啱好,夾落唔會好容易斷配菜方面有炸牛蒡絲,有部分未浸湯嘅就食落好脆, 浸埋落湯之後係另一個口感,不過我就唔太鍾意陣苦味啦雞肉同叉燒各有一塊,我就覺得太少啦。兩塊肉應該都係用低溫煮,所以雞胸肉嘅肉質非常滑同軟。叉燒就正常發揮另外加左個溏心蛋,亦都正常發揮有流心我覺得整體唔差但定價有啲高,如果呢個價錢可以多多少少肉會好啲
