To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

稀有豚肉丼同埋海鮮天丼。豚肉丼係一碗白飯上面擺滿啲燒香嘅豚肉配秘製醬，豬肉又香又嫩，好好味！海鮮天丼係一碗白飯上面擺滿啲炸過嘅天婦羅海鮮同埋蔬菜，非常脆口！而且海鮮都好新鮮，味道好鮮甜。最精彩係天婦羅大蝦，夠大隻，有彈性。加錢升級定食仲可以有大大碗麵豉湯，前菜，茶碗蒸及甜品，仲可以追加埋刺身有三文魚，赤蝦，帆立貝。都幾新鮮。整體黎講，呢間過江龍餐廳嘅食物真係好好味啊！而且價錢都合理，非常適合大家一家大小去食啊！
