我自問在香港食過不少的西班牙餐廳,西班牙海鮮飯及乳豬是我至愛,乳豬要煮得好食並不難,但西班牙海鮮飯我試過好多間,都未有一間能帶給我驚喜,而今晚我終放嘗試到我人生中暫時是最好味的西班牙海鮮飯。位於上環站E2出口的Sabor Spanish,地址雖然是永樂街,但入口卻是在隔離的永和街,地理位置方便。餐廳佈置簡單,環境優靜,可能是星期一的關係,客人不多,比較寧靜,可以靜靜地傾下計。Grilled cuttlefish with green allioli foam:煎墨魚粒配蕃茜生蒜泡沫醬,墨魚表面略煎香,醮上醬汁,帶點生蒜的辛辣味及蕃茜味的香甜,煙煙韌韌。Clams in green sauce:魚湯煮蜆是每日以當天新鮮的魚骨去煲成,而今天是用了黃腳立,魚湯內有洋蔥等配料,湯呈奶白色,加上大蜆後,湯更鮮更甜,蜆肉大隻無沙,有魚湯的鮮甜,令蜆肉更鮮味。餐廳會提供麵包,讓我們醮上魚湯一起吃,免得浪費了魚湯。Wild mushroom soup:配以大黑松露蘑菇湯味道濃郁,表面是蛋白泡沫,蘑菇湯是以攪拌機打碎但無隔渣,湯內還有一點蘑菇溶,又香又滑。Mixed fruit sherbet:雪葩是用

Seafood Paella:店員介紹這個西班牙海鮮飯是用蝦湯及魚湯燴飯,放在鐵鑊上慢慢煲到飯粒吸收了所有湯的精華,所以吃得出飯有濃郁的蝦香,還有番茄醬等香料在內,飯有鮮味還有點番茄的酸,非常好味,令人食指大動。蝦肉結實新鮮,而且非常爽口,肉質鮮甜,蜆肉完全無沙,鮮味無比。但整個飯的亮點是飯底,真是鮮甜可口,比配料更吸引。

Warm chocolate coulant:外型似心太軟,但原來是西班牙軟蛋糕,是用70度的黑朱古力製作而成,甜度較低,朱古力味濃,中間還有點流心的效果,十足十心太軟,不過外皮比較腍身,適合喜歡食黑朱古力的我。
