Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 菲律賓、泰國、越南菜我就食得多,印尼菜都係第一次。呢間小店枱櫈唔算多,好容易滿座,我都等咗15分鐘先有位坐。坐低見到隔籬位叫咗炸魚飯,條魚好似我隻腳板咁長,佢哋仲要食得津津有味。係呢一刻,唔係好食魚嘅等都要叫個魚飯!烤魚飯✨烤魚飯條烤魚,真係有腳板咁長,擦滿燒烤汁,味道甜甜地同我想像中有啲出入,但效果出人意表,食落好似食緊串燒咁滋味!魚皮脆薄,魚肉嫩滑,非常出色。班蘭雞飯今次先講個飯,造型好特別,成座綠色巨塔咁樣,食落有啲椰香味、淡淡班蘭味。隻雞先係重中之重,望落似白切雞,但食落一啲都唔簡單。雞肉同雞皮一樣滑捋捋,唔會好似白切雞咁出咁多血水。廚房斬雞刀法都唔錯,唔會斬到好多碎骨。拼上佢地綠色果個辣醬,真係一流!牛肉卷呢個價錢真心勁抵,極大舊。個賣相有啲似細個喺茶樓食嘅海鮮沙律卷,食落去個味道都有幾分似茶樓會食到嘅炸物,幾有趣。班蘭沙冰、箭葉橙混吉蜜沙冰勁大個,班蘭味十足,口感Creamy。混吉密酸酸甜甜,好潤喉。
