To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九月圓臍十月尖係時候陪老婆大人去食大閘蟹go go go!呢晚約咗朋友去到K11 MUSEA有靚景嘅夜上海食今年第一蟹!上次嚟呢度嘆酒食靚火腿已經俾個無敵維港靚景吸引住,今次再嚟食晚飯覺得室內嘅老上海裝修一樣咁正呀。餐廳連隻碟都靚過人聽聞呢隻蟹仔係搵名師畫㗎!開餐嘅時候仲可以好好欣賞食嘅藝術。我哋今日食江蘇嘅大隻仔隻隻有成五両半至六両咁重㗎。嘆大閘蟹又點可以冇靚花雕啊!大家先揀隻靚杯嚟欣賞夜上海20年陳太雕皇。果然係陳年花雕睇顏色已經好濃郁吸引,飲落去非常順喉酒味芳香我飲咗勁多杯呀。美酒當前當然唔好辜負先嚟兩個前菜送酒!江南脆鱔香香甜甜卜卜脆,用佢嚟送花雕酒真係好夾喎。不過我就好鍾意呢個花雕醉雞!雞味好鮮香皮又清爽唔會肥淋淋,加埋啲花雕酒浸得好入味堅好食。鍾意食上海嘢都冇理由唔知呢碗腌篤鮮幾好飲啦啩!奶白嘅鹹鮮濃湯好夠火候,入面嘅雲腿仲非常鹹香有味,加埋啲吸味嘅百頁同爽甜嘅竹筍呢碗湯真係好正呀。等到頸都長嘅大閘蟹終於蒸好上枱喇!平時就要老婆大人服侍我,但嚟到都夜上海就有專人幫我擦蟹,所以呢晚老婆大人可以食得舒服好多。天氣仲係好熱好彩我呢隻蟹都算肥美應有嘅紅、白羔都有齊,將啲蟹肉拆晒放落

鍾意食魚嘅我特別推介呢碟蟹粉扒海釣黃魚!用上等黃魚品牌「閩東壹魚」嚟煮,魚肉好嫩滑而且鮮味十足,絕對唔會比蟹粉蓋過鮮味超正斗呀。

跟住仲有呢個好搞鬼嘅蟹粉銀鱈魚蒸肉餅,一碟肉餅入面有齊咁多樣好似風馬牛不相及嘅食材!但係夾起上嚟又鬼死咁好味喎,蟹有魚味魚有豬味真係好鬼特別㗎。

仲有嗌咗一桶豆腐花同大家一齊食!唔係滑到跣落喉嚨嗰種,但豆味好濃好香就算唔落糖我都覺得好好食。
