外皮酥脆,經長時間燻烤,將鵝肉鮮美完全鎖住,鵝肉肉質細緻有彈性,一啲都唔乾柴,食落仲有陣陣煙燻味,鵝味濃、油香肉汁豐盈。另配夾包,沾少量梅醬、檸檬皮,酸甜清新,別有一番風味!仲有薑葱炒鵝肝、鵝腎、鵝腸,汁香味濃,爽口有嚼勁,好邪惡!!
