To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友一行6人去到佐敦老趙越南餐廳食飯。店面頗小但因為我們9點多才吃飯所以人不多。食越南菜要知道餐廳水準如何當然要試試它的湯粉。我們共點了7樣東西。我的沙嗲牛肉粉沒有友人的粉來得好味,沙嗲味道較淡,而且牛肉太厚且沒有牛肉味。最好吃的一定是友人的雞絲粉,湯頭清甜無比,雞絲鮮嫩牛油雞翼更是大家最愛的小吃,每次必點。炸得香酥的雞全翼沾上香到不得了的牛油和蒜,遠遠已聞到它的香氣!實在是欲罷不能,可惜一客只有4隻所以老趙這麼多年仍是我首選的越南菜!
