To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蒸汽鍋呢個玩法唔使我再多介紹啦,晌香港都已經興咗一段長時間,而呢度就逐樣蒸,由店員專人負責幫你放食物去蒸、計時,基本上全程就淨喺食。由於佢哋無提供一個建議蒸食物時間表俾客人,除非,你好有信心知啲嘢食蒸幾耐,否則都喺要等佢嚟搞,個人就覺得煩到佢哋,又嘥咗我時間等。

紐西蘭青口、泰國海中蝦

相信咁多款海鮮,以青口喺最平嘢,不過,都喺每個客人得一隻,略嫌唔夠大方。但掉轉講,相信好多人對食青口都喺可有可無(除非比利時或法國青口),俾少啲都唔介意。其實,啲青口都唔差,蒸熟之後唔會好似擦紙膠咁韌,亦有啲鮮味。中蝦每人「配給」兩隻,蝦頭有唔少膏,而啲肉亦鮮甜爽口,雖然只得兩隻,當喺少食多滋味,反正靚海鮮陸續有嚟。

雖然龍躉片喺貴價貨,不過,我哋得兩個人,放兩片魚片落去蒸,有啲失勢。講番啲龍躉片,入口確喺嫩滑,魚味濃,唯可惜一片真喺唔夠喉。

由於店員話今日嘅大蟶子返貨唔靚,所以,只供應大元貝。啲元貝果然好大隻,色澤睇落都好新鮮,唔會瘀瘀黑黑。味道真喺唔錯,好鮮甜,帶子位好彈牙。

輪到貴妃蚌,阿姐就教我哋將蚌內嘅海鮮汁倒埋落啲粥度,等個粥更鮮甜,我哋就倒是半,就咁飲另一半,咁先真正嗒到嗰份鮮。蚌肉蒸得啱啱好,所以,柔韌有咬口,無過火。

亮點之一出場,店長就話佢哋啲澳龍喺野生貨色,老實講,小弟就唔喺好識分,但睇到啲肉晶瑩有光澤,覺得都唔會喺下價嘢。啲龍蝦肉唔止鮮爽,又厚肉,更有唔少蝦膏,拆起啲蝦肉大啖放入口,真喺爽呀。

我哋兩個都想試頂角膏蟹,其實,可以膏蟹、奄仔一樣一隻都得。其實,呢啲頂角膏蟹喺蟹乸嚟,所以,一定爆晒膏,不過,相對啲奄仔嘅膏,就會實淨啲,卻喺別有一番滋味。此外,白滑嘅蟹肉就實在鮮甜,蟹嘅質素確喺高質。

整體嚟講,有多款海鮮都食得出具質素,用料亦有番咁上下,此外,起跳價屬低位,連加一都喺三百頭,就已經食到8款海鮮,絕對玩得過啦。溫馨提示,餐廳暫時只收現金,將來會唔會加其他支付方式就唔知喇。
