To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒日的中午,只得一支公在家,開火煮飯沒興趣,在附近走走,又不想吃得太heavy,壽司又的確是一個不錯的選擇。中午時份挺多人,但一個人總是最容易找位的,只要不多多要求,往往「攝位」,問題不大。先在迥轉壽司帶取來北寄貝壽司,可能放得太耐,飯粒跟北寄貝已經變涼,不單口感差了,而且有點硬,北寄貝亦不見得大件,有少許強差人意。另外order了一份近年最愛的左口魚邊,用火槍略加灸過,令油份逼出,滿有魚肉的香味,肉質鬆軟,好味。灸燒牛油特大帆立貝作價不便宜,但帶子身肥肉厚,灑了點香草及同樣用火炙過,而且是即叫即做,看來下次還是另點壽司,品質有保障得多。一頓午飯差不多要成百蚊,偶爾一次問題不大。
