Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間用上木系裝修,燈光昏暗環境舒適,係朋友聚腳好地方。冷盤:凍番茄🍅好開胃,健康又清爽冷盤:魚肝醋簡單的日式冷盤,非常美味明太子厚玉子燒蛋味香濃,配上粒粒明太子口感豐富,大大口嘅玉子燒放入口食得滿足,超級無敵好吃刺身:金槍魚擺盤好精緻,切成生魚片肉質細膩,油脂豐富,口感極佳。串燒 牛舌:口感爽脆,牛味香濃雞翼 :外脆內嫩,好食燒雞皮蝦:脂肪加海鮮,好特別嘅配搭。外面香脆,裏面鮮甜,味道冇得輸。豚肉 :肉質鮮嫩肥美海膽炒飯飯香氣滿瀉,連同海膽刺身,食到海洋嘅鮮味,炒得鮮香十足。海鮮茶碗湯一打開蓋已聞到鮮味,湯加入了冬菇味,然後加入海鮮隔水蒸,鮮味至極,味道濃郁。有蝦、魚片、蜆,紅蘿蔔以小茶杯作器皿,一壼大概有8-10杯份量。梅酒飲品叫了梅酒。平常的日本清酒有點嗆口,但吃了串燒以後再喝,反而感覺舒服,還可以解一解串燒的膩感!這個配搭,一絕,非常滿意的一餐。
