To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩個星期在大喜慶食完生日飯,今次轉到陶源為老爸慶祝生日。來這兒的原因,不是他們的服務(不提也罷),是因為家人喜歡這裡的雞湯翅。雞湯翅最正的是雞湯香味濃郁並帶有翅的膠質。通常我會叫一個白飯,可以想像有雞湯的香,有翅的彈牙,加上粒粒白飯的咬口,很何等的滴足呢! 至於煲完湯的雞,千萬不要當可有可無的餸,因為佢竟比佢地自家製的炸子雞滑! 真的要試試!今次因為多人一齊食,所以點了雞鮑翅套餐,12人用,4680。查實我們不想點 套餐,for some reasons, 同樣食雞湯翅,散叫的比套餐煮用心仔細得多。今次,不幸言中。燒乳豬,好肥。一入口全是肥膏。平常食又熱又脆。鮑魚配姑, 得,好得。Surprise! 記得上次食唔夠林,好難切。今次好林,好入味,有鮑的鮮甜﹔旁邊的姑姑沾了鮑魚的鮮味,wonderful! 好味到我uncle想食多隻。但我想話,依味已經係是晚最正的了。雞湯翅。平常一窩雞湯翅,約四至五人,一人一碗,有時還可refill 些小。今次分湯的時候, 竟然得半碗!!! 一問之下服務員回覆因為你們多了兩位。心為之氣結! 雖則說我們多了兩位客人,但翅可以細份些,又怎可不夠湯呢???

今次我好火。直接同部長講:"我訂台時千叮萬囑個翅要留心一點,之前食過一次不對板,今次仲要唔夠湯??" 爆完之後,部長立即上廚房加湯。結果一人可以有一碗,不過湯就不夠濃味了。超失望。
炸子雞。一個字,"鞋"
沙律蝦仁。nothing special.
西芹炒帶子珊瑚蚌。ok。
魚。鞋加無魚味。
炒飯。nothing special.
壽包。熱但不好吃。懷念東園的壽包。

食物唔好食,結果一張相都無映。
