To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜上海 📍尖沙咀梳士巴利道18號維港文化匯K11 Musea 7樓702號舖人均$331 ($268*2+25榨菜+40茶位,再加一)喺Dinning City app見到Hk restaurant week嘅推薦list有寫呢間連續拎咗好多年米芝蓮一星嘅中菜餐廳就去咗試,點知即刻中伏!😵‍💫😢❌環境一開始入去個裝修係好靚,但係佢係帶咗我哋入去一間好昏暗,同埋坐咗好多枱人嘅房仔,入邊好迫好嘈。❌態度聽到啲侍應講間房嘅格局係為咗應付餐廳週book左枱嘅人而設,所以明明出邊有好多有景或者係坐得舒服啲嘅枱佢都唔安排。而且去到後面仲係咁望,催我哋食快啲,快啲走咁。如果係咁睇唔起啲客嘅話可以唔好參加呢一個活動,又或者直接同個客講唔歡迎,又或者講到明要佢哋升級貴plan,都好過咁樣區別待遇。而且一開始冇上到強制性的小食(榨菜)仲要收咗我錢,係我check單先發現收多咗錢。❌食物質素絕對不符合期望,亦唔明點解可以拎到米芝蓮一星。覺得做比較好嘅就係小籠包,其他都普通。而且份量真係好少,我一個好細食嘅女仔都覺得唔飽,性價比低。✅唯一可以讚嘅就係我唔食杏仁,同經理講咗佢可以換酒釀丸子俾我,而呢個桂花味好岀

一開始入去個裝修係好靚,但係佢係帶咗我哋入去一間好昏暗,同埋坐咗好多枱人嘅房仔,入邊好迫好嘈。

❌態度
