To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經係第三次同屋企人過嚟幫襯，一次比一次驚喜，而家市道無咁好，多左人北上消費，越嚟越多連鎖餐廳加上貴租，令小店難以生存。同屋企人食過一次nonsense 之後，搵番久遺既小店人情味，之前員工見到我地有小朋友，會主動同佢傾偈同埋請仔仔飲果汁。今次同老人家一齊黎食慶祝生日，職員好有心，預先同我地溝通點樣幫我地準備，我地一行5 人，黎到同職員有講有笑，食物質素依舊色香味俱全，老人家好開心，最後仲有職員親手畫既祝福甜品畫伴除我地叫既甜品上。真係好有心思，令我地好難忘！希望大家真係好好珍惜，一定要多多幫襯下。
