To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與友人一大清早去買完芝士撻才10點多,所以就去飲早茶慶祝一下輕輕鬆鬆就買到想買的東西 XD見到這間餐廳的名字有點特別又有位子所以就毫不猶豫選擇這間之後看餐牌才知是稻香集團的沒有特別看價錢點了以下的東西腸粉,皮不厚, 材料豐富. 值得一試XO醬炒蘿蔔糕驚喜之作,蘿蔔糕不會炒得太軟身,每一粒蘿蔔糕也沾滿XO 醬稍嫌小碟了一些,與朋友很快就吃清光 (也可能是2人太餓)鮮蝦腐皮卷有水準的一款點心每一條都有兩隻蝦,絕不欺場除此之外還點了蝦蛟(對!又是蝦),燒賣比起一般傳統的酒樓,鍾廚的蝦蛟跟燒賣是可以一粒一粒分開點可以解決到人少又可以多吃一點其他點心的問題

Other Info. : 這餐2個人吃得飽飽, 沒有加一,也沒有收茶芥, 每人$70 , 在銅鑼灣算是便宜吧? 本人覺得早茶性價比高,下次會於下午茶時段再試
