To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

令人驚喜的雞煲

已經是晚上十一時,跟友人到店裡宵夜,本來諗住叫佢個小菜,但睇倒隔離枱食緊雞煲,好香好吸引,於是就order左半隻！據老闆娘講,雞煲係用新鮮雞煮,而且是新推上市,連menu都未見有！雞肉果然鮮嫩,完全冇雪味,仲好野味,不過如果再麻再辣一點就更好,於是我地忍唔住再order多半隻雞🥰🥰好感動,老闆好好人,仲加多左D雞俾我地,麻辣度十分適中,好味！😋😋除左雞煲之外,我地仲order左手切肥牛,鵝腸同埋一碟荳胚,同樣出色,令人驚喜😍肥牛入口溶化,厚薄適中,牛味濃郁😍😍鵝腸洗得好乾淨,伸片走晒D肥膏,爽脆,份量足😍😍😍荳胚即切埋莖既荳苗,比荳苗更甜😍😍😍😍還有就係食完雞件之後加既雞湯,原來係雞煲翅既湯底😋😋宵夜食咁多，肥x死🤦🏿‍♀️
