同事介紹話呢間食潮州菜好正宗,今日終於抽到時間嚟試下,果然好正,每道菜嘅味道都夠哂到位。二十年老菜甫豬肚湯呢個年份嘅老菜甫,有藥用價值,非常陳年咸香,湯頭經過長時間熬煮,清甜得嚟有深度。豬肚爽嫩入味,菜甫的清香與湯的鮮味相互融合,係我近期飲過最好嘅湯👍👍梅汁鱔球梅汁鱔球使用新鮮嘅白鱔製作,搭配酸甜嘅梅汁,令鱔球嘅鮮味更加突出。梅汁嘅酸香平衡咗炸鱔魚嘅油膩感,每一口都爽彈juicy,最難得嘅係白鱔嘅骨都被廚師去得非常乾淨,就算平時唔太食魚嘅人亦都適合👍什菌爆炒海參柳什菌爆炒海參柳選用咗多種新鮮菌類,加入海參炒至香氣四溢。餐廳一般食海參都係食炆嘅比較多,炒嘅海參原來非常特別,香好多之餘仲保留咗海參軟腍又實在嘅口感😋碧綠川椒雞川椒的香氣同雞胸肉嘅鮮嫩形成絕妙嘅對比,讓每一口都充滿驚喜,雖然濃味,但係唔會太辣,但係花椒嘅香味好明顯🤤潮州炒魚麵魚麵成日聽,但今日第一次食,食落有啲魚蛋口感,爽得嚟又似麵,不過冇魚骨冇魚腥味,師傅炒得有獲氣,撈埋潮洲辣椒油一齊食仲正!😆見佢哋仲有包箱可以book, 啱哂一大家人節日family day活動,而且餐點夠多款式,後生同老一輩嘅人一齊食都冇問題。
